*These complex changes are transformations I consider to be a harder work for me than a simple change. But if these changes represent a big change to the original commission, I will not make them.

HOW TO ORDER + PROCESS

SLOTS: Whenever I receive a form from you, I'll get in contact with you, whether is to start a work or to inform you that you're after another commission I'm working with at that moment. If the slots are full but you still send me a form, I won't get in contact with you until a slot gets free. On the contrary, if for example all slots are free and I receive 5 new forms, I'll get in touch with these 5 people.1) Once you have read everything on this site and know what you want to order, you'll have to fill the order form (at the end of this page).2) When you have requested the commission, I'll get in contact with you to make you know that I'll be starting with the commission. If I haven't contacted you or have explicitly notified I'm not available, that means I have other work or stuff going on and won't be able to start with your artwork.3) Commissions will be made in the order in which the forms have been submitted and payment. In case I take another commission before yours, I'll get in contact with you to let you know. Moreover, I'll more likely work one commission at a time unless I tell you otherwise.4) The first stage of starting a commission will be talking in more detail about the artwork.5) When all is decided, we'll proceed to the payment.6) After the payment is completed, I'll start designing the initial sketch. During the process, I'll be sending you the phases of the proyect depending on the type of commision:-If the commission is a STYLE 1 SKETCH, I'll send you the phases of: the finished initial sketch, during the sketch, and the finished proyect.
-If the commission is a CHIBI, STYLE 1/ STYLE 2 CLEAN, I'll send you the phases of: the finished initial sketch, finished sketch of the project, during the clean up, and the finished proyect.7) I'll write you whenever I start each phase (if you're taking into count a refund and to make things easier and clearer), and will write you again after I finish each phase with a PNG attachment of the process made.8) Finally, when the work is finished, I'll send you the final proyect as a PNG archive.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) I am within my right to decline any commision if I want.2) I, the artist, have the rights to the commissioned artwork. Therefore, I'm allowed to display the commissioned artwork on my social media or portfolio UNLESS the commissioner specifies me not to publish the work.3) If this commission page were to change at any moment, that will not affect finished or started commissions.4) I require full payment before I start with the commission. If the commissioner needs a refund, it must be requested before I begin the initial sketch. Were the commission to be cancelled by the commissioner or by me, the refund would be given proportionally to the work already done depending on which stage of the process it was left.5) I'll only accept payment though Paypal or Ko-fi.6) The finished work will be sent as a PNG archive to the commissioner.7) I'll get in contact with the commissioner after they've filled the forms and sent it. If there were any problem of any kind or you have any questions, the commissioner is in the right to contact me via any of the platforms in the icons at the end of this page. But the request of the commissions will be done only after filling the document below.8) The price for commercial purposes may vary but its starting price would be 3 times its total.9) Any changes made to your commission will be subject to a fee. This doesn't include mistakes of my own or misunderstandings.10) If the commission is needed for an specific date, it must be informed beforehand. This can affect the price of the commission.By commissioning me, you agree to all these terms and conditions.
